Henry Kravis is the great pioneer in the industry field. Well, he is the founder of the private equity of Kohlberg Kravis Robert. He founded it in 1976. He was so successful leads and manages his industry. He made his industry as the famous asset industry in that time. Before this industry has founded, Henry works in the one of the finance department in 1969-1976. He and two others friends has become the pioneer of the using leverage on acquisition. Henry Kravis got the B.A title in economics field from the college of Claremont McKenna. Then, he got Master of B.A from Columbia University School Business. He has been the member of the directors in many companies for several years. He is also the vice chairman of the New York City Investment Fund. Then, he has created the jobs to help the little business there. The fund created the special programs with the special aim.
Henry Kravis had also founded Kravis leadership Institute in Claremont McKenna College. Henry Kravis was so busier because he is also worked as the member in the foreign relationship service. As one of the Kohlberg Roberts and Co (KKR), he was the great person with the great idea and strategy. One of his strategies is leveraged buyout or LBO. This strategy can make KKR partnered with other company to get the stock block from debt assumption, such as the home owner and mortgage. This is so controversial.
